Refund policy

At Oxi9 Skincare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return is only applicable for products damaged in transit, defective, or wrong item received.

  • Personal care products, once opened, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items


📝 Return Process

  1. Email us at support@oxi9.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number and attach clear images of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will verify and initiate the return process.

  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

Note: In some pin codes, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, you may be asked to ship the product back to us manually.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (or UPI/bank transfer in case of COD).


🔁 Replacements

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll offer a free replacement, subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
